Paul, Paull

An ancient name in the Parish of Daviot (5 ml NNW of Inverurie, 16.25 ml NW of Aberdeen). Robert Paul lived in Stirling in 1528. Paul was a descendant of Neil, the progenitor of the Siol Phail sept of the Mackays.
