Morgan

An ancient name in Old Breton and Cornish. Originate from early Celtic 'mori cantos' - seabright. The first Morgans in Scotland lived among the Sutherland Mackays. Morgan was the name of the British Monk who founded the Pelagian denomination. (The Greek name for Morgan is Pelagius.)
Morgund of Glenesk gave homage in 1296.
